The estimator showed up when he promised and computed the estimate while here. He was willing to answer lots of dumb questions about their installations and gutter helmet. They left a list of references which confirmed they did a good job for them. We decided to go ahead and use them. They showed up on the date promised, quickly installed the gutters (removing and disposing of the old ones), and explained all about the gutter helmet. They cleaned up their work area and was very efficient in the installation. Since then, the gutters have worked without any issue at all, including some really intense rainfall (I went out several times and looked during the rain and they were operating as expected). We would use them again if we ever need gutters.
